RETURNS and EXCHANGES: Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. All other returns must include an RMA on the outside of the package. Please contact us for an RMA number.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY:
From the date of purchase customers are provided 30 days to attempt a return.
- The merchandise should be in "new and unused" condition.
- Returns will incur a fee of 8.00
- Shipping fees paid are non refundable
WHAT'S NOT COVERED UNDER OUR 30-DAY RETURN POLICY:
- Personalized items are not eligible for return
- Downloaded items are not eligible for refund
- Damage to any item is not eligible for return
- Items altered or used are not covered (includes damage once in your possession)
- Minor color or pattern variations (items are handmade so each one will vary slightly)
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). Claims of damage or defects after 48 hours of receipt are considered damaged by the consumer and not covered under our return policy.
Claims of defective items will be repaired or replaced with the exact same item, size, width etc. This policy is strictly enforced to avoid abuse of our return policy. Claims of minor color discrepancies and other minor differences are not considered defective and will not be replaced or eligible for return.
(Wear and Tear)
We know dog's play hard and are rough on their collars. Wear and tear includes damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, scratching, excessive pulling, chewing or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. While our collars are among the strongest available, they are not indestructible. The decorative portion is still fabric so wear and tear can be expected over time.
(Size Issues)
We cannot accept returns for ordering the incorrect size. We can usually make a collar smaller for a fee, but we cannot make it larger or change the width. We provide detailed information about sizes and buckles, it's your responsibility to read it before ordering.
This is a handmade item and total length may vary up to an inch which allows for human error. If you are at the end of the size range, it's always best to size up.
